From today, (25th September 2018), Magicard is attending the Security Essen show in Germany alongside our partner Heyden-Securit.
Unlike other events we’ve been to in the past, this won’t be just another tradeshow for us….
Security Essen marks the launch of Ultima, a ground-breaking printer which we are pleased to announce to you all and which is available for sale immediately from our top-tier partners in EMEA.
Ultima is a retransfer printer and is our most technically advanced and powerful printer to date. It is the only retransfer printer which gives users the facility to print bespoke, high-security HoloKote watermarks. The printer comes pre-loaded with ten HoloKote images and users can specify additional, custom watermarks of their logo, a word or other custom element. Magicard pioneered the HoloKote technology and Ultima will remain the only retransfer printer which can use this patented system.
Equipped with an intuitive touch-screen to simplify the user experience, again a market-first, Ultima is powered by a high-grade processing unit which facilitates the printing of up to 100 full colour, super-sharp cards per hour. The quality of Ultima’s output means one can quickly and easily identify photographs on ID cards for comparison against the holder, making Ultima the ideal solution for printing drivers’ licences, national ID cards and other cards where security is of paramount importance.

All of which will be presenting Ultima to Security Essen attendees at regular intervals through the week-long show.
